Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If you’re not completely in love with your blanket, you can return or exchange it within 30 days — no questions asked. Just reach out through our Contact Us page, and we’ll make it right.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • U.S. & Canada: Orders ship in 2–5 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

  • European Union: Orders generally arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location.
    You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship to the U.S., Canada, and the European Union (including Northern Ireland).

Choose a listing marked “Custom,” upload your image, and we’ll create a one-of-a-kind cozy keepsake made just for you.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.  We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
