All of our products are made to order through our print fulfillment partner, Printify.
Each item is produced individually when you place your order — helping reduce waste and ensure fresh, high-quality prints.
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration, fabric texture, and lighting differences.
2. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders typically take 3–5 business days to be produced before shipping.

Domestic (U.S.) orders ship free via economy shipping (5–8 business days).

International orders ship at a flat rate of $14.99 USD and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase!
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and replacements according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To request a return or refund, please contact us at jacobsoncottagedecor@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun. Once a product enters production, it cannot be cancelled, but please reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.
5. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate, current, and complete, but occasional errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders if necessary (including after you’ve submitted your order).

All designs, images, product photos, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Jacobson Cottage and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jacobson Cottage and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
