Refund policy
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at jacobsoncottagedecor@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accident
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase as long as it has not yet gone into production. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible, but we’ll do our best to assist if special circumstances arise.
