We know you can’t wait to wrap up in your new Sherpa blanket — and we’re just as excited for it to arrive!
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a “View Order Status” button.
That link takes you directly to Shopify’s built-in tracking page where you can see live shipping updates.
📦 How to Check Your Order Status
If you already have your order number or tracking email:

Open your Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email from Jacobson Cottage.

Click “View Order Status.”
→ You’ll see your real-time tracking updates and delivery progress. -
You can also log in to your Shopify account (if you created one at checkout) and click Orders to view status anytime.

U.S. & Canada: 5–10 business days after shipping

European Union: 7–14 business days depending on location
You’ll receive your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner’s facility.
💌 Haven’t Received a Tracking Email Yet?
Don’t worry — that usually means your blanket is still being crafted!
Each order is made-to-order, so production takes about 2–5 business days before shipping.
